Please take this opportunity to donate to Dollars for Scholars.  Our goal is "to help students help themselves."

Another way to help is through named scholarships, which are sponsored annually by an individual or business.  These scholarships may be used to memorialize a loved one or gain publicity for your business while supporting our youth.

Would you consider creating a scholarship in your name?  Typically, named scholarships range from $250 to $1000.  The sponsor of the scholarship may provide criteria for the award.  For example, some named scholarships require that the candidate is majoring in a particular field or has high achievements in community service.  We will work with you to set up appropriate criteria.  The recipient is selected by the Dollars for Scholars Awards Committee.  You would then have the option of presenting your scholarship at our annual awards program.

Scholarships provide financial assistance for college or technical school and also convey a message that the community cares about its students.  If you are not able to sponsor a named scholarship at this time, please consider supporting the Minneota Dollars for Scholars general fund by sending your gift of $25, $50 or more today.  Keep in mind that your contribution is tax deductible.

Contact Sue Buysse at Sue.Buysse@minneotaschools.org to start setting up your named scholarship for the next graduating class.

Again, by following the link at the bottom of this page, you will be able to donate DIRECTLY to the Minneota Dollars for Scholars chapter.
