AgPlus Educational Scholarship

1. One scholarship worth $500

2. Male or female graduate who will be attending a post-secondary institution and pursuing an education in the agriculture field. This could include Ag business, agronomy, or livestock production.

Craig Ahmann Memorial Scholarship

1. One scholarship worth $500

2. Male or female graduate who will be attending a post-secondary institution with a major in an Exercise Science or Nutrition program.

Donny Belaen Memorial Scholarship

1. Various amounts

2. Male or female graduate who will be attending a post-secondary institution. Preference will be towards a son/daughter of a firefighter, bus driver, or police officer. Preference will also be given to a student going into the Trades. 

Curt Breyfogle Memorial Scholarship

1. One scholarship worth $500

2. Male or female graduate who will be attending a post-secondary institution with an emphasis on construction trades.

Career & Technical Educational Scholarship

1. One scholarship worth $500

2. Male or female graduate who will be attending a post-secondary institution with an emphasis on studying a trade. Typically this would be a 1 or 2 year program, but could also include a 4 year degree program.

Eagles Scholarship

1. Two scholarships worth $200

2. Male and female graduate who has demonstrated humanitarian concern and unselfish leadership in working toward the welfare of others and who will be attending a post-secondary institution.

Educator of Tomorrow Award

1. One scholarship worth $500

2. Male or female graduate who enters into an education field.

Rev Richard & Mavis Erickson and Family Scholarship in Memory of Mark & Mary Ann Full

1. One scholarship worth $500

2. Male or female graduate who enters into the health field.

Joseph (Joe) Fischer Memorial Scholarship

1. One scholarship worth $100

2. Male or female graduate who will be attending a post-secondary institution.

Allan and Marlene Josephson Minneota Vikings Spirit Award

1. $500 per year

2. Student is a big supporter of Minneota activities, either by participating in or attending school events. 

Knights of Columbus

The Knights of Columbus is a Catholic service organization which strives to make our communities better places to live through the principles of Charity, Unity, Fraternity, and Patriotism.

2. Male or female graduate who has demonstrated high morals and indicated a willingness to give back to their community.

Lyon County Farm Bureau

1. One scholarship worth $500

2. Male or female graduate who is active in FFA or 4-H and pursuing a career in agriculture.

Minneota Assisted Living and Home Health Educational Scholarship

1. One scholarship worth $350

2. Male or female graduate who intends to pursue studies in a health career field.

Minneota Wrestling Scholarship

1. One scholarship worth $500

2. A graduating wrestler who has demonstrated high character, positive leadership, and has represented Minneota wrestling in a positive manner. The graduate should have participated in the Minneota Wrestling program throughout grades 9 - 12. The graduate should have been actively involved in the Minneota Youth wrestling program. Applicants should include a one page essay describing how wrestling has affected your life. Students are excluded from this award if they have received a MSHSL violation during their high school career (9 - 12).

Musser Environmental Consulting, Inc. Scholarships

1. Two scholarships worth $1000

2. Male or female graduate who will be enrolled in a post-secondary institution.

Franz Nelson Scholarship (Swede Home Lutheran Church)

1. One scholarship worth $1,000

2. Male or female graduate who will be enrolled in a post-secondary institution and furthering their education in an agricultural field.

2. Male or female graduate who will be enrolled in a post-secondary institution and furthering their education in an agricultural field.

Friends of Swede Home Lutheran Church Scholarship

Lincoln Lessman Agriculture Scholarship

1. $2000 available for scholarships. Amounts to be determined. 

2. Student must be going to school for agriculture related field/Trades. 

P.E.O. Chapter AS Scholarship

1. One scholarship worth $500

2. Female with high academic standards who has been active in school or community activities and who will be attending a post-secondary institution.

Marjorie Pesch Teacher's Scholarship

1. One scholarship worth $300

2. Male or female graduate who will be attending a post-secondary institution and declaring or exhibiting a desire and having a plan to become a teacher.   

Jeff and Patricia Peterson Youth in Firearms Sports Award

1. $500 per year

2. Preference to a student in trap shooting and/or firearm sports. 

Ruth M. Przymus Memorial Scholarships

1. Two scholarships each worth $500

2. Male or female graduate who will be attending a post-secondary institution.

Jacquelyn Skillings Memorial Education Scholarship

1. $500 per year

2. Student going into the Education field.

Schwan's Educational Scholarship

1. One scholarship worth $500

2. Male or female graduate who will be enrolled in a post-secondary institution.

Southwest Sportsmen's Club Scholarship

1. One scholarship worth $250

2. Male or female graduate who will be enrolled in a post-secondary institution, has been a member of the Clay Target League, will be majoring in Natural Resources, Conservation/Wildlife Biology, Forestry, or Biology.

State Bank of Taunton

1. One scholarship at $750 (Majoring in wind energy or four year business major)

2. Male or female graduate who will be enrolled in a post-secondary institution.

Thurmond T. Thurmond

1. Five scholarships each worth $1,000

2. Male or female graduate who will be enrolled in a post-secondary institution.

Ufkin Family Scholarships (Alternate years)

1. Two scholarships worth $250 each.

2. One female and one male graduate. Recipient to be active in community service and will be attending a credited post-secondary institution.

Emily Ufkin Memorial Scholarship

1. One scholarship worth $1,000.

2. Male or female graduate who will be enrolled in a post-secondary institution.

Emily was tragically killed in a car accident on July 19, 2007. Her Facebook quote at that time was the following. This was the way Emily lived and the recipient of this scholarship should exemplify this attitude also.

Universal Forest Products Achievement Scholarship

1. Two scholarships each worth $500

2. Male or female graduate who will be enrolled in a post-secondary institution and going into the field of Architecture, Engineering, CAD Drafting, Carpentry, or another Building Trades.

Pete VanVooren Memorial Scholarship

1. One scholarship worth $500

2. Male or female graduate who has participated in music activities, shows a strong interest in math, and has been involved in some type of athletic program while in high school.

Dale Yost Memorial Scholarship

1. One scholarship worth $250

2. A graduating baseball player who has shown inspiration and encouragement to others in the program. The graduate should have participated in the Minneota Baseball program throughout grades 9 - 12 and will be attending a post-secondary institution.

4.0 Bus Service Scholarship.

1. One scholarship worth $250

2. Male or female graduate who will be enrolled in a post-secondary institution.

Dollars for Scholars Scholarships

1. Scholarships awarded based on funds raised, ranging from $100 to $1,000

2. Male or female graduate who has demonstrated success in academics while being active in community service and who will be attending a post-secondary institution.
