Class of 2024- Begin to build your profile.

Scholarships are available for seniors earning a Minneota High School diploma.

  1. Create an account.
  2. Do not use your school email address.
  3. Build your profile by adding activities, awards and employment from grades 9-12.
  4. Essays require a 250-300 word count. 
  5. Make sure you choose Minneota Secondary in the drop-down menu where it asks "where you go to school".

Note: Minneota Dollars for Scholars does not use financial need as a criteria for scholarship selection, however some regional and national scholarships may require this information.

Please remember these requirements for claiming your scholarship:
  • Sending a Thank You card to the donors of the scholarships awarded.
  • Successful completion is defined as passing all courses or having a GPA of 2.0 at the end of the first semester of coursework.
  • Full-time status is defined as carrying 12 credits minimum or a full load based on your schools definition of full-time status.

  • Students must submit the following information:  A copy of their semester 1 grades and courses enrolled in for semester 2 (both must include the student's NAME and student ID) and the Request to Redeem Scholarship Form must also be submitted to the MHS School Counselor.

    (This information can be emailed, mailed faxed to the HS office, or dropped off with the counselor.)

  • Scholarships need to be claimed within one year from the date of the award. No further notices will be sent.
